Everything you need to know about the current edition of League of Legends Essence Emporium

League of Legends

What should you pay attention to when spending Blue Essence in the current Emporium?

Many players waited for the new edition of the Essence Emporium, a store where you can spend a lot of free currency and buy things that are normally for RP or are not available to unlock at all (themed emotes, icons, or some lame ones).

Some time ago, the creators announced that the new edition of the Emporium will be slightly different from the previous ones, and each subsequent edition will be changed – Riot wants to rebuild this type of offer. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not known what the next Emporium will look like.

However, it is worth focusing on what is now. Some players panicked because a moment after turning on the store for BE, the client did not function properly. Due to technical problems, many people have still not decided to buy cosmetic additives for Essences. What is worth paying attention to before buying?

The Essence Emporium in League of Legends

The community decided to give themselves some advice that might reassure anyone who was worried about client issues. Riot has been working on making the store run properly all the time.

One player decided to write down a few tips that should be considered before spending Blue Essence:

Before you panic about the Essence Emporium, read this. After seeing the Essence Emporium for myself, I can say 3 things that have become frequent complaints in the past half an hour and ways around them.

  1. The emporium IS offering more than just the 10k Emerald chromas. If they’re all you can see, come back in an hour or two, or follow step 2.

  2. You can still purchase chromas via their respective skin pages (for example, if you own a Sentinel skin, click on the skin, then the chromas, then the chroma you want, and select to purchase with BE). It will be slow but it can and does work.

  3. All chromas this sale are half price! Chromas this time around are 1000 BE each as opposed to 2000 like normal. I don’t know if the 50% off deal also applies to the other stuff you can buy. EDIT – it does not. All other event stuff is normal price, including the 10k BE exclusive Chromas.

Here is a list of exclusive emerald chromas that cost 10,000 BE each:

  • Astronaut Corki
  • Cafe Cuties Bard
  • Elderwood Azir
  • High Noon Darius
  • Infernal Amumu
  • Nightbringer Tryndamere
  • Nightbringer Vladimir
  • Odyssey Kha’Zix
  • Pool Party Heimerdinger
  • Program LeBlanc
  • PsyOps Pyke
  • Resistance Jayce
  • Sentinel Rengar
  • Star Guardian Zoe
  • Tranquility Dragon Karma
  • True Damage Akali
  • Winter Wonder Neeko

It is worth recalling what the creators said about the current edition of the Emporium of Essence:

After July 12, the Essence Emporium is going on hiatus while we rebuild it.

The Emporium is built, tested, and shipped in a… not so great way that takes astronomically more work than any reasonable person would fathom. That cascades into delays and feature-cutting for things than any reasonable person would fathom. That cascades into delays and feature-cutting for things like events, missions, and other ways of getting stuff. Beyond making the Emporium more efficient to run, we’re also aexploring some long-needed navigation and usability improvements for when (not if) it returns

Be sure to spend all your Blue Essence during this Emporium!

To make up for this hiatus, we’re shifting the three Gemstone icon bundles into a chain of three missions (play matchmade SR or ARAM games) that’ll be free for all players, granting 10 Mythic Essence each for a total of 30.
