When will there be a new 2v2v2v2 mode in League of Legends? Everything that Riot is planning

Rioter writes when to expect a brand new game mode on the test servers.

According to many LoL players, the events that appear in the game have already become really repetitive and are practically no different from each other. Among other things, fans have long been missing a new game mode that would make playing during an event more interesting. Riot told players some time ago that it would begin to meet their expectations, and one of the actions taken was to start working on a new game mode.

Now it is known that it will appear on live servers with the summer event, and Rioter is publishing more detailed information about the appearance of the new game mode on test servers. What is known about it?

2v2v2v2 mode

Riot had been informing fans for some time that a new game mode would finally be coming to League of Legends, which would add variety to the gameplay and events that occur in the game. The information appeared relatively scarce, but it showed, among other things, what the map could potentially look like, where four two-player teams will fight each other.

Riot Meddler responded to a comment from a LoL fan who asked for some information about the new game mode. He wrote that it will appear on PBE as early as late June, and will hit the live servers in mid-July.

As already mentioned, the mode will be tied to a summer event, which is expected to stand out not only in terms of what will be found in the gameplay but also in terms of what will appear in the client. Riot is taking a break from the visual novel format that has characterized recent major events.

It is also known that a new line of skins called Soul Fighter is to be added to the game, and Samira is to receive an ultimate skin with the release of new cosmetic items – CLICK.
