According to Epic, players were getting XP too quickly using one of the ways. Interestingly, it’s not about the creative mode at all.
There are ways to earn extra XP this season as well. Epic is mindful of this and is careful not to make it too harmful. Surprisingly, the developers don’t really care about Creative Mode, apparently, relatively few people use bugs there.
One of the methods related to seedlings has been blocked. So far, you have been able to interact with the fruit 100 times. Developers have reduced this amount by a lot.
XP method nerf
As we learn from leakers, the way of interacting with the fruit has been discovered. Now it won’t give as much XP anymore. The number of allowed interactions has been reduced from 100 to 15.
It’s a pretty big nerf that shows that a lot of people have used it. Of course, XP will not be rolled back because there is no such need. However, if you have used it, you may be disappointed. The method is not available anymore and there is no indication that this is a mistake.
