Leakeers indicate that one of the long-retired weapons may return to Fortnite.
There will be a new update in Fortnite tomorrow, marked as 18.20. Rather little will happen before it, and any leaks will no longer be overwhelmingly exciting. One of them is for a weapon that was withdrawn back in Update 14.00, so really quite a long time ago.
According to people searching the game files, Epic has updated the way this weapon is crafted. It may or may not mean its return to either regular Battle Royale or some special game mode.
The return of a well-liked weapon
What weapon are we talking about? The gun known as the Hunting Rifle. HYPEX writes that it may return to the game, but no one knows any details, be it about the mode or the date of a possible return.
So far we have to wait for additional details. These may appear tomorrow or, for example, in year’s time. Nothing on this topic is confirmed, and Epic might as well have updated this weapon by mistake or for no special reason.
