This is exactly what we wrote about some time ago. Epic has launched its “Refer a Friend 2022” program where you can get some cosmetic items, including a free skin.
The Fortnite Refer a Friend program is back! Register with your eligible friends between July 19, 2022, at 5 AM ET and January 10, 2023, at 11:59 ET. Then, earn awesome in-game rewards by completing tasks together before February 19 at 11:59 PM.
The time is until February, and for good reason. Again, one of the requirements is to hit the right level, and this makes the whole thing quite demanding.
What, how and where?
As we read on the official website:
Once registered and logged into the Refer a Friend website, “referrers” can invite friends (“referees”) to earn points by playing Fortnite together. In order to be a referee, a player must have played less than two hours of a Fortnite Battle Royale or Zero Build playlist (i.e., Solo, Duos, Trios, or Squads) within the past 30 days before the invite.

To unlock everything, accounts must be level 60:
For example, by completing the final challenge, which requires referrers and referees to level up their Fortnite accounts by 60 career levels, participants will unlock the Xander Outfit.
