Epic continues rebalancing. This time, two things have been removed from all tournament modes.
Epic is increasingly dividing the pool of items between the regular modes and the tournament ones. The developers apparently see that the top players are able to use items much better, so they limit the number of them.
So there was a fix overnight that removes two things from Tournament Modes. If you only play “normal”, the changes will not apply to you.
What was removed?
These are not things that everyone will miss, but the rift definitely “hurts” everyone who played for it. What’s good, the newest item has been added and Epic won’t be removing it at the moment.
Developers, however, point out that they still intend to observe the tournament modes and, if necessary, will introduce additional changes, which means that these will almost certainly appear sooner or later.
No changes should be expected in typical casual modes. Epic does not intend to “improve” anything there so far.
