Cyberpunk 2077 was also mentioned on the occasion of yesterday’s announcement of the new game from The Witcher series.
Cyberpunk 2077 was to receive two major DLCs. For some reason, after yesterday’s announcement, the media concluded that the game will only get one DLC. However, there are no specific indications for this.
In fact, however, CDPR announced the DLC yesterday, or rather, once again confirmed its existence and the ongoing work on it. This is important because for several weeks there has been quiet talk of the possible cancellation of the extension.
DLC for Cyberpunk 2077
CDPR yesterday mentioned Cyberpunk in two places. The first was Twitter:
The second place was the official information directly on the CDPR website. Both are about the same – the game engine.
Unfortunately, there is no date, no clues about the leading theme of the DLC. It is only that it is being created on the REDengine engine. In theory, it is not much, but if the expansion was not already at an advanced stage of development, CDPR would not have mentioned it.
