Riot about patch 12.21 in League of Legends. What will the developers focus on this time?

The developers of LoL have made a statement on the upcoming update.

The League of Legends World Championship, the largest e-sports event associated with the title from Riot Games, is currently underway. Players from all over the globe are following the struggles of professionals, who are vying for the biggest honors that can be won in LoL.

Developers are constantly tracking the state of the game and whether particular heroes are currently too strong. And this is what will appear in the upcoming update, which will focus on the meta from the e-sports scene. What exactly did one of the Rioters say?
