Why do shots in CSGO hit differently on the monitor than in reality? This is deliberate

Some players may have already observed this phenomenon, but do not know why. This is not a bug.
Shots in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive can be blind at times. It is mainly about situations in which the bullet is placed in the direction of the vent, which clearly hits on the monitor and leaves a mark, and the vent does not break.
Many players believe that this is simply a bug, but in fact, it is a deliberate choice to combat cheaters.
How can this help prevent cheats-users?
Each shot is recorded on the player’s side and detached from the registration, confirmed by the server to prevent cheats. Such situations can happen quite often, especially over longer distances, but less often attention is paid to them.
The video below shows perfectly how this mechanism works. On the player’s monitor, the shot missed, but the server registered it as a hit in the opponent’s head.

In practice, however, it seems that even such methods of preventing cheats are not effective. The community is constantly complaining about the high number of cheaters in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and the number of posts in various forums regarding cheaters has not changed over the years.
