CSGO players suggest changes to Dust 2. The goal is to prevent the bottom tunnel from being controlled from TT spawn
The CS: GO community has proposed a very interesting change regarding Dust 2.
Dust 2 is by far one of the oldest maps in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. For many years, the map has not seen too many significant changes, which on the one hand is quite understandable due to the fact that developers may want to “keep the classic as it is”.
On the other hand, the map could be slightly modernized and new rules of the game could be added. Accordingly, the players proposed some changes.
What changes did CS: GO players propose on Dust 2?
As you can see in the video below – the community proposes first of all to reduce the nearly instant control of the lower tunnel from the TT spawn. It would certainly diversify the game a bit, because the attacking side of BS B and mid would have to pay more attention to the CT attack from the right and left flank, respectively. Additionally, it would be easier for counter-terrorists to switch to B or attack the center.
- ALSO – CSGO players laugh that this is what Inferno looks like, which Valve forgot about at one point
Most Reddit users like this solution, especially because “it may be the most sensible solution and won’t completely ruin the way you play the map.”
