A useful convenience in the next-gen version of The Witcher that has escaped players’ attention

CDPR announced many different kinds of features for the next-gen The Witcher. However, some of them were overlooked.

The new version of The Witcher will bring a mass of various kinds of simplifications, which the community has been asking for very often. Of course, today many of them can be obtained with mods, while most players are not committed enough to play with installing them.

Something that will improve gameplay

The community, for example, has figured out that it will be optional to automatically pick up items. This means no more forced confirmation of the desire to collect something. A small, but really good improvement.

That is, no more confirmation box for things like flower picking. CDPR has not yet said whether this will be optional, but one can guess that it will be. As the community comments, this is a very good change, which not really simplifies gameplay, but makes it more natural, and the notification about the possibility of collecting flower items is not distracting.
