One player shared a chart that shows the combinations of different roles in League of Legends.
The game from Riot is really extensive and currently, you can find a huge pool of various champions in it. Most of them stand out because of their skill set, character, lore, or even the number of skins.
There are many roles available in LoL to which the heroes are assigned. Among them, you can find assassins, warriors, mages, shooters, and defenders. As you can easily guess, the characters can have different roles and nothing prevents the mage from being an assassin at the same time.
A graphic has appeared on the Internet that shows the frequency of certain role pairs. What connections are the most popular? Which are the least common?

Reddit user Dr. Shahin Rostami posted a short LoL video that features graphics with the roles of the heroes. It shows a list of different connections, e.g. mage and assassin, defender and support, etc.
At first glance, you can see that the tank + fighter takes the most of the possible options. There are also many supporting mages and fighters who are also killers.
The video quickly became popular, with hundreds of people responding to it in just a few hours.
Commentators noted, however, that not all information provided in the video is correct. The author was not necessarily blamed for this, but Riot was often accused of inconsistency in assigning roles in the game client itself.
Especially new players can be confused when, after entering the “champions” tab and sorting characters by role, they notice that Thresh and Taric have been signed as warriors and Varus and Jhin as mages. It is similar with shooters, including Kennen and Jayce.
Fans say that Riot assigns roles quite incoherently, and it is often difficult to judge what drove the creators when choosing both roles and the difficulty level that is given in the description of the hero. A lot of players do not agree with the information provided.
However, this does not change the fact that, according to official information, the game has the most tanks of warriors, followed by fighting assassins and mages who can also be supporters.
