From unranked to master on one stream in LoL. The player has not slept for 60 hours

One of the League of Legends streamers decided to do something crazy – get to Master in one session.

Getting higher ranks in LoL is an exciting adventure for many people. Some do it systematically throughout the season, but there are also those who decide to take on challenges, such as getting Challenger in 2 weeks.

A lot of people have probably heard about this type of challenge. Many of them are broadcast during streams or appear on YouTube. During these types of challenges, players often prove that leaving the lowest divisions is not only possible but also easy enough to do in just a few days.

While getting to the top ranks in 2 or 4 weeks is not so special anymore as it is becoming more and more popular, hardly anyone believed that it could be done in one live broadcast. In theory, something like this sounds like an impossible plan, but one streamer proved it was possible.

From zero to Master on one stream

On Friday, March 11, 2022, the streamer nicknamed Nicklink decided to rank Master on an account that was unranked. There would be nothing particularly surprising about it, if not for the fact that the player wanted to do it in one broadcast.

Nicklink picked up a solo queue and began streaming his games. He played under an account called “O Desafio” which means “challenge”. It must be admitted that this name was adequate to what he was doing because the rules of the challenge were really strict – the broadcast could not be stopped before getting to Master. Eventually, after more than 60 hours without sleep, Nicklink saw the coveted notification:

During his stream, Nicklink played 90 Solo Queue matches. 75 times he chose his main – Jax. According to OP.GG, the player ended the challenge with a 78% win ratio. In addition to his favorite hero, he also played Fiora, Irelia, and Tryndamer.

League of Legends fans congratulated the streamer because his achievement is very spectacular. However, it must not be forgotten that the whole challenge was also dangerous and could have a negative impact on the player’s health. Viewers should not repeat this type of play, because remaining in front of the computer for so long can end tragically.

In 2018, many talked about a Chinese player hanging out at an internet cafe. It turned out that at one point his body refused to obey, so his friends had to call an ambulance.
