This champion had the worst win ratio in all of LoL, and guess what. Now he’s doing even worse
Ryze is doing worse and worse. His win percentage is down again.
Update 12.10 brought a lot of changes to League of Legends. Players were afraid that the news would turn the meta upside down and many characters would suffer a lot from it. In the end, it didn’t turn out badly, and many fans of the title even praise the creators and say that the game has been refreshed and now the gameplay is much more fun.
As you can guess, the changes made had an impact on the win rate of individual champions. For some, the changes were slight, and hardly anyone noticed at all. Others are doing much better now.
Some people, however, focused on a specific character – Ryze. Why is he being mentioned again?
Ryze’s tragic win ratio
Ryze is a really specific League of Legends hero. He was added to Summoner’s Rift on February 21, 2009. Over the years, he has appeared in many cinematics, received various changes and a really large number of skins (he currently has 13), and had his splash art renewed.
He has been talked about for some time mainly due to the fact that his win rate is the lowest in the game. The observations of fans and collected statistics also show that playing this champion does not pay off at all, because it brings even worse results – It is more profitable to play Disco Nunu than him. Winrate dropped to a record 38%. “Playing him is trolling”
The hero’s situation after the last update is even worse. The win rate, which was frighteningly low anyway, has dropped even more and today barely exceeds 41%.
Some players are shocked that Ryze is doing so terrible, and Riot can’t do much about it. The champion is really problematic. In the hands of professionals, he can be a lethal weapon, but in ordinary games, he is often considered a troll pick.
According to lolalytics.com, right next to Ryze are Aphelios (44.65% win ratio) and Lee Sin (45.42% win ratio). Yuumi and LeBlanc are doing a little better.
