League of Legends developers have revealed plans for their next update – patch 13.11.
The time has come to reveal plans for the next update for LoL, which will bring quite a few changes. The developers not only want to balance a number of heroes but also look closely into several items.

Buffs and nerfs in patch 13.11
One of the employees published a spread of the upcoming update. This time it was not the community-associated Matt Leung-Harrison (also called Riot Phroxzon), because, as it was reported – the employee is busy with MSI.
According to the schedule below, the patch will cover more than 10 champions, and in addition to buffs and nerfs, one of them – Rell – will get a rework. In addition, the developers will balance 10 items. 5 will be weakened and 5 will be strengthened.
