It turns out that it will be possible to perform an interesting interaction with the new LoL heroine. What is it about?
Surely some fans of computer games are familiar with the motif of petting dogs, whether their own or someone else’s, belonging, for example, to NPCs in the city. Whether it is possible to interact with dogs in a given title has become so popular that various groups have been formed to check which games offer this possibility, and in which, unfortunately, you can’t pet your four-legged friend.
The fact that in productions such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Far Cry 6 or Diablo IV you can pet a dog, rather surprises no one. League of Legends, however, deviates sharply from such titles, and yet the newest heroine – Darkinka Naafiri – will be able to be stroked by the player. And that’s not the end of the surprises.

Riot has barely revealed the appearance of its newest character, which is Naafiri, the new Darkin. Her animated teaser can be viewed here – CLICK.
The fact that the heroine will be associated with dogs has been known for a long time. From the very beginning, the creators alluded to barking or bones whenever they revealed any information about the upcoming Darkin. However, no one expected that it would be possible to pet her.
The web was circulated with animations showing Naafiri being petted by… an old cursor from League of Legends. The one that evokes great nostalgia in veterans of the title. For newer players, perhaps, such a flavor does not mean too much, but it will be appreciated by all those who have been playing LoL for many years.
Gifs of petting the latest heroine have not only circulated the social media of League of Legends fans, but also made their way to profiles, including one of the most popular “Can You Pet the Dog?” on Twitter. Players think it’s incredibly cute that Riot decided to add such an animation.
