Which champions will be buffed and which champions will be nerfed in the upcoming LoL update?


Updates in League of Legends are especially eagerly awaited by players due to the changes to the balance of heroes appearing in them. Champions who are too strong usually suffer debuffs, and characters that need buffs are buffed.

The developers revealed an earlier description of the upcoming 11.21 update. What exactly will change?

Nerfs and buffs for patch 11.21

Champions’ buffs

  • Viego
    • Blade of the Ruined King (Q):
      • Total AD multiplier increased from 60% to 70%
    • Spectral Maw (W):
      • Hero slow lowered from 15% to 10%
    • Heartbreaker (R):
      • Crit multiplier increased from 75% to 100%
  • Teemo
    • Blinding Dart (Q):
      • Cooldown lowered from 8 to 7 seconds
      • Blind duration increased from 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds
      • Projectile speed increased from 1500 to 2500
  • Lux
    • Attack speed bonus per level increased from 1% to 2%
    • Illumination (passive):
      • Marking duration increased: If the basic attack is in flight or an ult is being casted
    • Lucent Singularity (E):
      • Damage increased from 60/110/160/210/260 (+ 65%) AP to 70/120/170/220/270 (+ 70% AP)
    • Final Spark (R):
      • Cooldown lowered from 80/60/40 to 60/50/40 seconds
  • Xayah
    • Movement speed increased from 325 to 330
    • Double Daggers (Q):
      • Cooldown lowered from 10/9/8/7/6 to 10/8.5/7/5.5/4
  • Jinx
    • Get Excited! (passive):
      • Total attack speed increased from 15% to 25%
    • Flame Chompers! (E):
      • Casting range increased from 900 to 925
    • Super Mega Death Rocket! (R):
      • Cooldown lowered from 90/75/60 to 75/65/55 seconds
  • Sion
    • Soul Furnace (W):
      • Shield multiplier increased from 8/9/10/11/12% Max HP to 11/12/13/14/15% Max HP

Champions’ nerfs

  • Quinn
    • Blinding Assault (W):
      • Bonus attack speed lowered from 20/35/50/75/80% to 20/30/40/50/60%
  • Graves
    • Quickdraw (E):
      • Armor lowered from 6/9/12/15/18 to 4/7/10/13/16
  • Akshan
    • Heroic Swing (E):
      • Damage per shot lowered from 30/50/70/90/110 to 30/45/60/75/90.
  • Karthus (bottom line):
    • Defile (E):
      • Mana refund changed from 20/27/34/41/48 to 15/25/35/45/55
  • Miss Fortune
    • Base mana lowered from 325.84 to 300
    • Make It Rain (W):
      • Mana cost increased from 30 to 45.

Systems’ buffs

  • Ingenious Hunter
    • Rune starting item haste increased from 10 to 20
    • Item haste per stack increased from 5 to 6
  • The defensive rune that grants additional HP:
    • Health increased from 15-90 to 15-140

Systems’ nerfs

  • Guardian
    • Shield lowered from 70-150 to 50-130
  • Conqueror
    • Adaptive force per charge lowered from 2-5 to 2-4
    • Buff duration lowered from 6 to 4 seconds
  • Goredrinker
    • Damage after use changed from 100% total AD to 175% base AD
    • HP regeneration every 5 seconds lowered from 150% to 0
    • [NEW] 8% Omnivamp
    • [DELETED] Spite passive ability
  • Ravenous Hunter
    • Omnivamp per stack lowered from 1.5% to 1.2%
