At this point, the CS2 beta is treated more as an experimental field, resulting in things like playing on a really weird config.


Counter-Strike 2 allows you to play without much fuss about the score, though it’s actually hard to tell if maybe it’s not being made just for the score. One player showed a configuration whose existence is not so much hard to believe, but hard to imagine using on a daily basis.

Why? Well, the entire HUD switches in such a strange way that it’s hard to comprehend. Maybe it’s signed to movement, maybe to specific keys – we don’t know.

The best thing is that people, or at least one person, plays this way, and quite well at that.

More questions than answers, however, because such a sight is something unusual:

Does it work? It sure does, but it’s unclear for how long. Gamers supposedly joke that the console can be turned off by it, but on the other hand, it is difficult to judge what it really does.
