The rank system in online games is refreshed from time to time. Various ranks have already been added in LoL, where the last change was to add a new division in the mobile version. CS: GO practically did not change its ranking system and according to Heroic it is time for a breath of fresh air.
Of course, one proposal will not change anything, but the comments show that people are hungry for change and something new. It is not known if Valve will even look at it at all, but the chance exists.
A new rank in CS: GO?
The new rank would be the highest in the game. It is worth mentioning here that Riot in LoL has created a special queue only for the best professional players. So it could be similar in CS.
However, this is only a proposal that does not necessarily have a further history. Certainly, some changes in the rank system are needed, but it is certain that players would like to see, for example, a decent anti-cheat or servers with a 128 tickrate a lot more.
