CS: GO has a new update today that weighs around 200MB and focuses primarily on esports.
Valve has updated many minor things strictly related to PGL and esports. There are new capsules in the game:
A new music set has also been added and is now available for purchase – Flashbang Dance.
What else?
It is worth mentioning one change in the gameplay itself. As Valve writes:
Smoke grenades will ignore the player when detonating near fire and fall to the ground.
The rest of the changes are standard optimization fixes and map changes. These are the most numerous and they are the main element of this update, right after PGL.
There are more minor changes to CS: GO itself that only become apparent over time. However, they do not matter much for the gameplay itself.
