A special graffiti appeared on one of the maps as a reward for the best clutch.

At the end of April, the creator of the Iris map announced a competition in which the main prize was a special graffiti that was to be found somewhere on the walls of the location. It was up to the community to send the best game possible.

Such initiatives are rather rare, but the “event” itself shows great potential. The community organizes itself, invents its own prizes, and then sends out their own clips. It was done completely without Valve.

Players were deeply involved in it and after a few weeks, it is already known what play has won and what the graffiti looks like.

As announced, the clutch was properly awarded. The creator of Iris enlisted the help of one of the artists who designed the graffiti.

Whether it turned out good, everyone has to judge for themselves. However, what is important in all this, such campaigns show the enormous potential that lies dormant in CS: GO and in the community itself.

Really, even such small actions can somehow get players moving and make them have something extra to do. Everyone knows Valve has enormous possibilities, but they are not taking advantage of them at all.
