CDPR did not lie, The Witcher 3 had a surprising easter egg in it. Discovering it took living for 7 years

CDPR has been playing with players for several weeks, confirming the existence of the last, yet undiscovered easter egg.

It was a really interesting adventure. CDPR employees have been saying for several weeks that The Witcher 3 contains the last, undiscovered easter egg. So the community was looking, wondering what it was all about, and finally, it was found.

To understand everything, one must go back to the mission with Vivienne de Tabris, who was turned into a monster. One of the ways to restore her to her natural form unfortunately had sad consequences. The noblewoman was to die after 7 years.

And it actually happened

It took a full 7 years in the game, but after that time Vivienne goes to her room and falls to the ground without any animation. It might have been an incredibly interesting easter egg, but unfortunately, CDPR didn’t take care of it a lot. Even after death, the character engages in a completely ordinary dialogue.

The CDPR promised that it would be fixed – if someone found it, it is indeed worth working on.

How was it possible to achieve the 7-years goal? With the help of special commands directly in the game. Nobody would have waited 7 years after all.
