Four Seasons is one of the first add-ons to The Sims 4. It turns out that even this expansion is bugged.
The Sims 4 is famous, among other things, for the fact that it deals with quite a large number of bugs and problems that the developers still cannot get rid of. However, most players were recently talking primarily about the latest package for The Sims 4 – Wedding Stories. You could write an entire essay about this expansion, but we will only shorten it to the conclusion that due to the number of errors and shortcomings, many players gave up purchasing this package, which speaks for itself.
It turns out, however, that even some of the older DLCs can cause confusion in the game. Four Seasons is the fifth official expansion pack to The Sims 4, which premiered in 2018. You might think it took enough time to fix any bugs, but interestingly, even this extension can surprise.
When TS4 can’t decide what weather to go for
Reddit and Twitter are social media that The Sims 4 players are most willing to choose to talk about the game. You can find there many interesting tutorials, ideas for gameplay, unusual achievements, or strange bugs. It was on Reddit that a player with the nickname fiesty_cemetery shared a post about the unusual weather in his game.
Despite the fact that the author of the entry has only the beginning of spring in his game, it has already surprised with huge heat waves. Quite normal for spring which can be warmer at times than most of the summer. What’s more interesting, apart from that, heavy snow was supposed to show up as well, just as if it was the middle of winter. All on one and the same day.

The author of the post himself noticed immediately that something was wrong with the weather.
It seems that the weather change system in The Sims 4 was not properly regulated, and in this case a rather unusual RNG was created, which drew two extreme climatic conditions. However, it cannot be said that this is a serious flaw of the Four Seasons, but only a rather unusual combination of an algorithm that surprised a lot.
