Hytale is the biggest competition for Minecraft that Mojang and thus Microsoft will have to face. But it’s still a long way to appear
Let’s recall what Hytale is at all. This is a production from the creators of the most popular Minecraft servers in the world. The studio responsible for it was bought by Riot Games 2 years ago. As a result, the number of employees has increased significantly and has already exceeded 100 people.
So far, tons of different Hytale-related videos and material have been released. Everyone agrees that there is a lot of potential. The only problem is the timing of Hytale’s release.
When will Hytale finally be released?
Developers recently added an official information that mentions the release date. Unfortunately, it is not very positive. As we read, due to the desire to lay very strong foundations, Hytale will not appear in 2023.
So Minecraft can safely work for at least a year. And actually, right about now, Hytale could be quite successful. MC is heavily criticized for its moves – be it issues related to banning or ignoring player requests.
Now it remains to be hoped that the plan for Hytale’s release is 2024, although this is also not confirmed. No release in 2023 could well mean more shifts and delays.
