This team from LoL previously won regional tournaments and now lost their 35th consecutive game

Interesting history of matches of one of the teams in LoL. They can’t win a single game this season.

It’s rare for a professional League of Legends team to lose a dozen or so games in a row. However, this is currently happening in the regional Japanese LJL league.

A team called V3 Esports has recently lost their 35th game. This means that they have not managed to win a single game this season. Interestingly, a few years earlier they even took first place in the region.

Every match is a failure

Often, League players complain about the so-called “lose streaks” in the ranked queue. There are situations where a given player loses even 10 or 15 matches in a row and loses several divisions or several hundred LPs in high elo. This time, the Japanese team V3 Esports can boast of its inglorious record. At the moment, they have not won any game this season and have lost the last 3 games in the previous one.

In total, they have 35 consecutive defeats on their account and it is difficult to find any other squad that would break this record. It all started with a team replacement. Previously, they did really well and once even won the regional Japanese LJL league, for which they won 10 million Yen. They also managed to qualify for the Worls 2020 without much success.

However, they are still far from the esports record of losers. Here, the Chinese team Shanghai Dragon from Overwatch is given as an example. In OWL they lost 42 matches and only then managed to win. Now, on the other hand, they are very successful and are winning interesting prizes.

Perhaps V3 Esports will be similar and in a few years, LoL players will see them as World Champions. At the moment, however, their Nexus is still getting destroyed and a squad replacement may be needed.
