Riot is forgetting about Europe again? This time it’s about the Coca-Cola edition of League of Legends

The new edition of Coca-Cola will not reach the hands of LoL players from Europe.


Some time ago, an article appeared about the fact that a photo of new Coke cans with a League of Legends theme was circulating online. At the time, it was unclear who exactly they would go to and how long they would be available for.

Today Riot clarified everything, and unfortunately – it turns out that players from Europe will not be able to purchase the drink in cans with the theme of their favorite game. Fans are disappointed, as they feel that LoL’s developers are again focusing only on the American or Asian community.

At first, it is worth recalling what the new series of Coca-Cola cans, which were created in collaboration with League of Legends, look like in general.

Sound good? Surely many players would buy limited edition cans just to have them as souvenirs. And here comes the bad news for fans in Europe.

Coca-Cola Ultimate Zero Sugar will be hitting shelves in select markets including North America, China, South Korea, Latin America, and Africa. So be on the lookout for the new flavor in stores near you. 

This is not the first time a certain group of players has been left out. In this case, the statement that fans from Europe have to do without the new product sounds particularly bitter.
