Riot asked players about passes in LoL. Questions from the survey sent out to the community

What questions is Riot asking League of Legends Riot players?

Passes have become an integral part of League of Legends and many players buy them as soon as they appear. Mainly due to the fact that the battle pass is one of the most cost-effective things to buy if you calculate the ratio of the price of the content received to the RP spent. There have already been quite a few controversial changes to the passes since their appearance in LoL.

The developers decided to contact the community before making more adjustments. Some LoL fans received a survey from Riot with questions about the passes. What exactly was in it?

What is Riot asking players about?

Messages from Riot have begun to appear in the email inboxes of some players. In them, the developers refer to surveys in which you can answer questions related to passes and more. Below you can take a look at the questions that were in the survey.

As a player, think about your experiences. Which problems in the League frustrate you the most and which frustrate you the least?

  • My games often have experience-ruining behaviors (AFK, dying on purpose, etc.).
  • To get what I want during an event, I have to play too much.
  • I miss out on exclusive or time-limited content because I wasn’t playing at the time.
  • I would like to be able to directly purchase items that I like.
  • The content I get when I buy Little Legends eggs is not worth the price.
  • There is not enough time to rest between passes.
  • There are not enough ways to show off what I bought in League.
  • The content I get when I buy Hextech crates is not worth the price.
  • Loot never gives me what I want.
  • Getting rewards through the event store is not exciting.
  • Earning rewards through event milestones is not exciting.
  • Riot doesn’t make enough new content for my favorite characters.
  • Rewards in events usually don’t appeal to me.
  • I don’t feel rewarded enough for the time I spend playing LoL.
  • Things I would like are only obtainable through loot.
  • Riot doesn’t make enough content with themes I like.
  • I thought something was exclusive/limited time and then other players had the opportunity to get it.

  • The Hextech system is too complex.
  • There are too many alternative currencies.
  • The kits force me to buy things I didn’t really want to buy.
  • There is too much content with a high price and not enough of that with lower prices.
  • The content I get when I buy mystery skins is not worth the money I spend.
  • There is not enough exclusive/limited-time content.
  • The things I would like to buy are only available in sets.
  • There is not enough content that I can acquire with skills.
