Zeri, the newest shooter in League of Legends, has been a bit of a pain for players. For a long time, the heroine was unbalanced and far too strong. Her high mobility made her elusive and difficult to play.
Now that has changed a bit and Zeri has become virtually unplayable and wins an average of 43% of games. Players can have a walkthrough for this, and one of them came up with an interesting build that allows you to use dash every 2 seconds.

The creativity of League of Legends players is endless. This time, one of them came up with a build that allows the cooldown of “E” to be reduced from 20 seconds to just 2. This is due to an item well known to Master Yi players, ie Navori Quickblades. The way it works is extremely simple, each attack that critically hits reduces the base CD by 20% of the remaining cooldown. Additionally, the ability itself after hitting the hero reduces its cooldown by 1 second or 3 seconds after using it and hitting critically with “Q”.

However, this does not mean that the build is perfect. It is suitable only for fun because there are items in the game that work much better on the heroine. This was explained by the user called Party Magus.
With two items (mythical and Nevori), the chance of such a reduction is only about 16%, which is not much. Mythical and Sheen, i.e. Essence Reaver, which will have a higher building priority than Nevori, work better. After that, the player can already build Nevori but the cooldown reduction will be 36% which is still a low number.
So it’s better to build an Infinity Edge and increase the damage. The fourth item has a 64% chance to reduce the time to 2 seconds, but Guardian Angel’s Lifesteal or Survivability may once again become a higher priority.
In summary, you need to get 3 items giving crit to make it work reasonably, which means that Nevori Quickblades is a very situational item and there are still many other and better builds. Nothing, however, prevents you from testing it and playing a bit with this configuration.
