LoL patch 11.21 – Who gets nerfs and who gets buffs? We know the plans for the next update

Riot shared information on what the next League of Legends update will bring.

It’s time for the LoL 11.21 patch preview. Riot Phlox revealed the information on this topic. In the upcoming update, the developers are focusing on balancing different items and runes and balancing the 11 champions. Among the nerfs is Quinn, who currently has the highest win rate in the game (almost 54% according to lolalytics.com).

Additionally, heroes such as Akshan and Graves, who are in tier S +, will be weakened. Powerups will go to some popular characters who haven’t been doing very well recently. Among the candidates for buffs you can find, among others, Lux or Xayah.
