Interesting mechanics in Wild Rift that, according to players, should be added to ARAM in LoL
The Wild Rift mechanics that LoL players want.
In League of Legends, there is ARAM mode that is available all the time. Because of this, there are some players who prefer to randomly meet on the Ice Bridge instead of ranked Summoner’s Rift.
A few years ago, Riot Games introduced a mechanic to choose a character that someone rolled. However, there is one small issue that the community has been complaining about, and Wild Rift has it.
Draws on ARAMs
The main assumption of ARAMs, as their name suggests, is: All Random All Mid, i.e. everyone gets random characters and fights on one lane. When choosing a hero, if he does not suit us, every few games, we can draw another one and get the one drawn by our ally, and this is where the problem arises.
Sometimes there are situations when we have two tokens available to draw, but the character we got is “okay”. So we can either keep it or try to find something better. However, if we get something worse, there is a chance that our ally will steal our previous champion.
This is where the difference between Wild Rift and League of Legends comes in. In the mobile version of LoL, the hero is blocked after the “roll” and our allies cannot take him for a few seconds. In case we want to get it back, we have priority over it. Unfortunately, this is not yet the case in the classic game, which the community does not understand.
Will Riot do something about it? It is possible that the developers will actually listen to the players and find that the idea of the creators of mobile LoL is good. For that, however, we still have to wait a little longer.
