Gangplank and Diana’s changes from LoL have already appeared on the PBE. Buffs no one expected

League of Legends

What changed for Gangplank and Diana? The fixes appeared on the test servers.

Regular updates are made to League of Legends, and developers test them internally before introducing them to live servers and then allow them to be checked by a wider group of players on the PBE.

The Public Test Server (PBE) is a League server that allows you to try out experimental features that are not (and may never be) ready for the game.

There are often changes that developers have not shared with the community before. This time they are about Diana and Gangplank. What did the designers decide to improve?

Gangplank and Diana Changes

Both Gangplank and Diana are currently not doing very well. The former has a win rate of only 46.77% and Diana only wins 48.08% of her games. The designers looked at the problem and released some minor buffs to help the characters bounce back and win a bit more games.

Diana’s passive damage has been increased. The balancing team improved the AP ratio and increased the amount found on the damage multiplier against jungle creatures. Thanks to the amendments, the heroine will be better in the middle and later phases of the game, and her clear will be a bit faster.

When it comes to Gangplank, the team focused on his most important skill – Parrrley. His Q will now have a slightly shorter cooldown and a lower mana cost. A lower cooldown will certainly allow you to bounce your opponent more often, and the lower cost will make it less difficult.

Below you can find a detailed list of the fixes that were on the test servers. It is worth noting that introducing changes to the PBE does not mean that they will be implemented on live servers.
