Another skin nerf in LoL? The new Star Guardian skins do not have this
Players accuse Riot of deteriorating the quality of skins in LoL again. Star Guardian with no known musical theme.
Currently, new skins from the Star Guardian series for Sona, Fiddlesticks, Kai’Sa, and Ekko are being tested on the PBE server. Players pay attention to one small but important detail.
It turns out that when they leave the base, they do not have a known musical theme. This characteristic element has been removed and does not appear in new skins. The community does not like this decision entirely.
New Star Guardian skins
So far, the developers have released many interesting skins from the Star Guardian series. Although their appearance differs, they share one characteristic element, i.e. the musical theme when the characters leave the base.
This community-defined “staple element” is no longer featured in the new Star Guardian skins on the PBE. There was even a topic on Reddit about it, which is still growing in popularity.
In the comments below the post, players almost unanimously admitted that the musical theme is an integral part of the series and Riot made a strange decision. They believe that this is a deliberate deterioration of the quality of the skins, and some of the works have even been called soulless.
Perhaps, after major protests from players, the developers will decide to improve them and introduce the mentioned musical theme. At the moment, however, none of the employees has commented on this topic.
