What changes will the first update to hit League of Legends in 2023 bring?


Riot’s staff took a vacation before Christmas, planning only for the mid-year update 12.23b, from which patches hit League of Legends on December 15. Since then, the game hasn’t seen changes, and those are expected to appear soon – in update 13.1.

So far, you could read posts that talked about individual fixes announced by the developers. Now, however, a detailed description of the patch has already been made available. What exactly can be found in it?

    • Drain no longer drains from minions and monsters
  • Seraph’s Embrace

    • AP increased from 60 to 80
    • Ability Haste increased from 0 to 10
    • Gives Ability Haste equal to 1.3% mana changed to give AP equal to 2.5% bonus mana
    • Empyrean passive ability replaced with Lifeline ability, which gives a shield equal to 250 +20% of current mana
