What will Riot change in the upcoming 11.24b micropatch?


Regular updates are made to League of Legends to buff heroes and other gameplay elements that are underperforming and weaken ones that are doing too well. On December 8, the last update of this year hit the servers. The arrival of the holiday season means that the next patch would not be available on the servers until January.

Riot decided to release micropatch 11.24b, which, for a “minor update”, contains quite a lot of fixes. What exactly will the developers of the game change?

    • Basic statistics
      • Base HP increased from 550 to 590
  • Olaf
    • Berserker Rage (P)
      • Max attack speed increased from 75% to 100%
  • Kai’Sa
    • Second Skin (P)
      • On-hit damage increased from 4-10 (+ 1-5) (+ 10-20% AP) to 4-16 (+ 1-8) (+ 15-25% AP)
    • Icathian Rain (Q)
      • AD converter increased from 40% bonus AD to 50% bonus AD
    • Void Seeker (W)
      • Evolved skill cooldown refund increased from 70% to 77%
  • Varus
    • Living Vengeance (P)
      • Bonus attack speed duration increased from 5 to 5/7/8/11 seconds (at individual levels 1/6/11/16)
    • Blighted Quiver (W)
      • On-hit damage increased from 7/8/9/10/11 (+ 25% AP) to 7/9/11/13/15 (+ 30% AP)
      • Damage ratio per detonated stack increased from + 2% per 100 AP of the target’s max HP to + 2.5% per 100 AP of the target’s max HP
