What exactly will the upcoming update 12.14 improve? Earlier patch description.
League of Legends regularly receives updates in which designers release buffs and debuffs for systems that are starting to deviate from the norm. This time, the list includes a lot of system changes, such as item nerfs that affect the strength of healing and shields, and runes that increase the hero’s resistance.
A lot of fixes also affected epic creatures. Most of the changes in this segment apply to dragons, but an important novelty also applies to the Herald.
