According to leakers, it will soon be possible to get not only cosmetic items like a backpack but also a skin for free in Fortnite.
Getting skins in Fortnite is practically never easy. And it doesn’t seem to be any different now. After all, we’re talking about a skin, not another unnecessary graffiti. The skin itself is to be made available in the now-famous Friend Recruitment Program.
Unless Epic has changed the rules, getting the skin will be really difficult. It’s not even about the challenge, but the requirement to hit level 60 on a “friend’s” account. The rewards for doing so, however, are very tempting.

According to leakers, there will soon be another edition of the same program to recruit friends. For completing challenges and hitting level 60, players will get a paint job, a pickaxe, a backpack, and, of course, a skin.
The exact date is not yet known, potentially talking about the next season, although of course, Epic may extend this in some way. Overall, the items are very much on the plus side.
