According to leakers, a new shotgun will be introduced to Fortnite.
Epic has really accelerated with adding various items to Fortnite. Practically every day there are a few leaks telling about what will be added. This time, HYPEX announces that the developers are working on a new shotgun.
It is supposed to be something like the original shotgun, so far it is not known when it will be introduced – perhaps it is already a plan for the next season.
A new shotgun in Fortnite
The shotgun is supposed to have a total of 8 rounds, and should reload for 6 seconds. Its main feature will be shooting twice. The damage is really high and you can expect players to complain about it.
In its basic version, it is 54 damage (75 to the head), in the legendary 66 (95 to the head).
The appearance, gameplay and release date remain a mystery at the moment. However, since HYPEX was able to extract specific statistics, it is likely that the shotgun will be released in a few weeks, maybe months.
