Twitch streamer making 18+ sounds while streaming. No, it does not break the platform regulations at all

Streamers really know how to create popular clips that go viral instantly.

Twitch makes it very clear that it is forbidden to create or stream materials with 18+ content in any way. Streamer know this well, but sometimes try to walk around this rule.

Once, there was a streamer who hit her knee and for several dozen seconds she made the audience understand as much as possible that she was in pain.

Twitch has quite a bit of a nuisance in these situations. You can see that it was done for views, of course it is weird in a way, but does it violate the rules? If moderation decided to ban the channel, there would certainly be a huge discussion on Twitter regarding dozens of other cases where streamers behave very similarly.
