A new command has appeared on Twitch that makes chat messages stand out. Who will benefit from it?

Twitch has officially introduced a new command that allows you to highlight the message sent in chat.
Twitch officially introduces a command that will allow you to send messages in a special form. It is called “announcements”. It introduces the possibility of sufficiently distinguishing what the moderator or the streamer himself writes.
The platform concluded that the green moderation icon is not visible enough. That is why “/announce” was introduced. It looks inconspicuous, but since Twitch says it will work, it’s hard not to believe them…
Highlighted message in chat
From the official announcement:
Sometimes Mods need to make important announcements, celebrate a stream milestone, or just get chat’s attention. To help Mods do the work they need to do, we’re releasing a new command: /announce.
By using the /announce command, Mods and Creators will be able to highlight their messages so they’ll stand out boldly in chat.
In total, there are four different highlight colors to choose from. Maybe it will be useful, but for now, there is a fear that this command will only be used for advertising. It’s easy to imagine bots spamming external links using this feature.
