The NPCs in Cyberpunk 2077 play a very important role, although they are definitely not perfect.
CDPR knows how important NPCs are in the entire Cyberpunk world. This is why there is a thread of their significant improvement in the leaks. NPCs are supposed to be more “life-like”, that is, just simply better play their roles.
So far, quite strange mishaps happen to them. Many players, instead of rushing forward with the story, also focus on various interesting little details, which sometimes leads to quite funny situations.
Be careful what you say
One of the Reddit users with the nickname “high5s_inureye” caught a moment that is supposedly not very interesting. One of the characters chants that “the end is near”. There is an Alpha Centauri thread in all of this.
And there would be nothing funny or strange about it, if not for the further fate of this character. The moment she spoke about taking property, something unexpected happened.
The NPC has disappeared. At Cyberpunk, there are several or even a dozen events that may take place – car explosions, people falling from the roof, etc. However, it was probably not done purposely.
