CS: GO players are proposing that flash should undergo some changes. Or rather, everyone can choose which version they prefer.
There is nothing worse in CS: GO than playing at night in the dark and getting a flashbang in the face. This is extremely unpleasant and actually blinding. That is why for many years there have been proposals in the community to replace the bright light and create the dark one.
Obviously, this is quite problematic for Valve, but not incredibly difficult to implement. It doesn’t require a lot of testing. Therefore, everyone is surprised that the developers still did not want to take a step toward protecting the eyesight of players.

Of course, the proposal did not go unanswered. A lot of people point out that it looks ugly. And as others joke, it can also be risky:
It is not known if Valve will ever decide to introduce a dark flashbang, but there is definitely a chance.
