Valve accidentally revealed an update to the CSGO anticheat. It was quickly removed from the files

Counter Strike

The new CS: GO update lowered the price of Major capsules and, interestingly, updated the anticheat.

The new update was definitely not a big one. It weighed about 40MB in total. Valve improved slightly smaller elements, lowered the price of capsules, and added many lines of text regarding controllers.

The most interesting information concerns the VAC update. Valve changed something, but it was quickly removed. Players should have definitely not seen this. Now there is a lot of speculation about what the developers meant.

CS: GO anti-cheat update

The developers added new references to “Vacnet” to the files. Now everyone is wondering what it is all about.

According to preliminary findings, the system is to detect suspicious matches or behaviors and send them on. It sounds moderately interesting, so you just need to know that Valve is up to something and changes something with the anticheat.

The players certainly were not supposed to see it, because, after a few minutes of the update, all those lines of code disappeared.

Valve will definitely not refer to it in any way, there is absolutely no such chance, so it remains only to be guesswork.
