Several people have been banned from CS: GO for offenses committed years ago.
Something quite surprising happened in CS: GO. We wrote several months ago that one of the players caught many bugs that were used by the trainers of the largest organizations in the world. In short, the bugs were able to determine the position of the opponent.
Then bans broke down and everyone was convinced that this was the end of the story. We couldn’t be more wrong. Everything is back again, albeit quite surprisingly two years after the publication of the evidence videos.
Bans after a few years
It is interesting because, in general, many years have passed since the offenses. For example, a person who used bugs in 2018 was banned. As a result, three people were completely excluded from participation in the upcoming Major Antwerp 2022.
Many people wonder why ESIC made the decision to ban players right now. However, there is no meaningful explanation here. The facts are that three people who took advantage of the bugs that gave their teams an advantage years ago were excluded from the Major.
