If you’ve never been able to build in The Sims, this example perfectly illustrates that it’s never too late to start learning.
The Sims 4 players are divided into several different types. First of all, there are those who love to create Sims and spend all their days in CAS to create the perfect characters, but there are also those who are unfulfilled architects and prefer to create all kinds of structures.
Some, however, never focused on building, and their adventure with home design ended with a simple square block and a roof. However, there is a player who really wanted to learn how to build more advanced things, so he took up a very interesting challenge.
The 30-day build challenge
A very interesting post has been written on Reddit by a user with the nickname lyssasaurus. He says he never knew how to build in The Sims, or didn’t even like it, but he really wanted to learn it. For this reason, he has set himself a very simple goal: to build for 30 days and see what the results will be.
I’ve always hated building so I did a challenge to try and improve.
The author shared his first building from day 1 of the challenge. It must be admitted that the house is nothing special and is just a simple square with a huge roof. Certainly, its appearance does not make people want to live in it.
Lyssasaurus then added a second screenshot that shows the beautiful and stunning structure. This one certainly “makes an impression”. As it turns out, this is the 30th house that he built for the challenge.
As the author of the post says, all he did was search for inspiration on Pinterest and watch building videos in The Sims 4. He says he learned a lot of different tricks that made his buildings more interesting and livelier.
So if you are worried that your TS4 houses are lame, this is a perfect example showing that it’s never too late to learn.
