Spotlight Hours in Pokemon GO in February. What Pokemon will appear?

It is already known which creatures will receive thematic hours in February.


The creators of Pokemon GO began to disclose information related to the coming month, i.e. February. There are already some interesting facts about what will be in the game in the near future. A few days ago, there was an announcement of Community Day, which will be associated with Hoppip and will give an increased number of bonuses (more information on this topic can be read here: Community Day in February in Pokemon GO – what Pokemon will appear? Everything you need to know). It is also known which Pokemon we will receive for collecting stickers as part of Research Breakthrough.

Now it’s time for the Spotlight Hours schedule. In February, there will be 4 themed hours and as always, players will receive a lot of interesting bonuses. Who will be caught in large numbers this time?

What Pokemon will appear in February as part of Spotlight Hours?

As in previous months, Spotlight Hours will take place every Tuesday in February. Four such hours are planned for the second month of 2022.

Every Wednesday in February, a Raid Hour event will occur from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. The following Pokémon will be featured.

The list of Tuesday’s Spotlight Hours is as follows:

  • February 1, 2022 – Litleo will receive his own hour, and for evolving creatures, we will receive twice as many experience points.

  • February 8, 2022 – Spotlight Hour will be about Spritzee, and we will get double Stardust for catching Pokemon.

  • February 15, 2022 – Koffing will be the main character. For catching Pokemon, players will receive twice as much experience points.

  • February 22, 2022 – the last thematic hour of the month will be related to Voltorb, and for catching creatures we will receive twice as many candies.
