The developers of Pokemon GO have announced a new type of event, which this time is related to one of the game’s leaders.
In Pokemon GO there are 3 teams that each player can join at a certain stage of the adventure. These are, of course, Instinct, Mystic, and Valor. Each of them has its own unique leader.
It turns out that the latest event, which will start in a few days, will be related to the leader of Team Mystic – Blanche. What will the new event consist of?
A Mystic Hero in Pokemon GO
The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023, and run until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2023.

Blanche wouldn’t think to ask others for help, but the Team Mystic Leader could use some support! Get ready to enjoy an all-new event focused on research tasks and learning more about Pokémon evolution—A Mystic Hero!!
A story in relation to Special Research – Mystic Hero
Special Research featuring the leader of Team Mystic, Blanche, will be available! Trainers who complete the research will be rewarded with an encounter with Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed accessory! This is the only way to encounter Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed accessory for this Season.
Field Research task encounters
Tasks focused on evolving and catching Pokémon will be available!
Trainers can earn Stardust and Evolution items as rewards for completing these Field Research tasks.
Timed Research
Timed Research rewarding a Magnetic Lure will be available throughout the event!
Seasonal Special Research—An Everyday Hero
Free Special Research will be available for Trainers throughout Season 10: Rising Heroes! Spend some time helping out Professor Willow to see what surprises you can discover!
The Special Research will be available to claim until the end of Season 10: Rising Heroes on June 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
The following bonuses will be active during the event:
- 2 × XP for evolving Pokemon.
- Two guaranteed Candy XL for evolving Pokemon.
- All Lure Modules activated during the event will be active for three hours.
