The Wall Street Journal confirms Microsoft’s willingness to buy Activision Blizzard. These plans are very specific and supposedly on the final straight to be implemented. The entire transaction is expected to cost $ 68 billion.
Thus, Microsoft would become the third-largest gaming entity in the world, behind Sony and Tencent. This is a great opportunity for Blizzard’s production, but there is a message that many people may not enjoy.

Apparently, Bobby Kotick is to remain in his position as the CEO of Activision Blizzard and continue to deal with his current duties. After the contract is concluded, Activision Blizzard is to report everything to Phil Spencer, CEO of Microsoft Gaming.
