You’ll have to take a look a few times, but it’s actually still Minecraft, though it doesn’t look like it at all

Minecraft has changed so much over the years that it’s hard to actually know you’re looking at the game.

Minecraft in the first versions definitely did not impress with its graphics, the variety of terrain, or the availability of items. However, it was incredibly playable and this is what won the sympathy of players.

A lot of time has passed since the beta or the first releases, and today, looking at some renders, it’s easy to fool yourself that this is not a game, but some edited graphics.

It’s still Minecraft

The shot below is from a Reddit user “OneCore_” who tested the height limit (320). To do this, he needed a program called Chunky. He only edited the sky.

It looks like a completely different game, and maybe even the real world. Only when you zoom in you can see that the edges are sharp and all shapes are cubes.

But still, seeing it at first glance is incredibly difficult. This shows perfectly how Minecraft has changed a lot. Mojang has made great progress under Microsoft’s wing.
