For the first time in the history of Minecraft, the game has so many bugs to solve

Mojang has no problem providing general statistics on all sorts of technical issues.

Mojang, thanks to Microsoft, provides a lot of information about errors and how to solve them. Until now, the average waiting time for fixing a bug has only once reached 600 days.

Now that number was surpassed. This year is really difficult for Mojang – the studio has the most bugs to solve in the history of the game, even on a quarterly basis it looks quite nervous.

How many Minecraft problems are there?

If you look at the current chart in terms of the number of unsolved problems, 2022 and the last quarter are definitely ahead of the previous years.

The annual breakdown shows that 2022 is really not the easiest year. On average, bugs take more than 750 days to be resolved on average.

Is it disturbing? On the one hand, yes, because there are more and more of them. On the other hand, it’s quite normal when Minecraft is constantly evolving and moving forward. In such a situation, it is difficult to expect that everything will be patched at once.
