Rule 34 is an “Internet rule” that doesn’t really need to be explained to any regular visitor to the virtual world. However, if anyone remained innocent and has no idea what it’s actually about, the simplest explanation is this: if something exists, sooner or later it will be converted to 18+ content.
No one will be surprised by the fact that for years graphics or videos for adults with League of Legends heroes have been very popular. The game’s heroines are depicted in an exaggerated way, both in costumes known directly from Summoner’s Rift and fan versions of various skins, such as Pool Party.
